The Synergee Regional Barbell

The Synergee Regional Bar is our best-selling barbell, a no-nonsense, get-it-done type of bar, and an incredible deal for home gyms and commercial facilities alike. You can choose between Black Phosphate or Hard Chrome coatings for your steel bar(s). With 10 needle bearings (5 per sleeve), the Regional Bar has an impressive spin and is perfect for workouts that include Olympic lifts. This bar has a tensile strength rating of 190,000 psi and a 1,500 lb capacity (a 500 lb increase from the Synergee Open Bar), so you can depend on it for all your workouts, no matter the weight. With a 1.2 mm diamond knurl, it provides the perfect amount of grip.
